Jane Um

Jane Um is a Director and Corporate Counsel at Express Employment International, where they continue to leverage their extensive legal expertise in contract drafting and negotiation. Previously, they served as Contracts Counsel at Chesapeake Energy and as an Attorney at both Gilchrist Aviation Law and Polston Tax. Jane has also directed a Low Income Tax Clinic at Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma. They hold a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and are pursuing further legal education at Pepperdine University School of Law, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
