Joe Clancy

Joe Clancy is an experienced business professional currently serving as the Owner of Express Employment Professionals since April 2012, leading one of the largest privately held staffing companies in the U.S. Previously, Joe held the position of Associate Director Finance at Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics from November 2006 to May 2011, overseeing financial management of a Greenfield project. Joe's extensive background also includes a tenure as Controller at Wyeth Vaccines, where responsibilities encompassed managing significant budgets and financial reporting for a biological manufacturing site with annual sales of $1.5 billion. Earlier in the career, Joe served as Plant Accounting Manager at Borden, managing all accounting functions and participating in strategic planning initiatives. Joe holds an MBA in Information Technology from Widener University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rutgers University - Camden.
