Tom Lawrence

Tom Lawrence has over three decades of experience in strategic sales and management within the staffing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sales at Express Employment International since December 2019, Tom provides business coaching for franchise owners and staff with a focus on sales training, market analysis, and business diversification. Previously, Tom held leadership positions at Kelly Services, including Vice President and Territory Leader for the Metro New York and New Jersey markets, overseeing eleven branches and driving significant profit and loss responsibilities. Other key roles include Vice President at Forum Personnel, Director at ProcureStaff Technologies, and various positions at Adecco/Olsten Staffing Services, where Tom managed operations and drove sales growth across multiple markets. Tom holds a B.S. in Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology.
