Fuad Mammadli

Fuad Mammadli currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and a board member at Expressbank since May 2025. Prior to this role, Fuad held the position of Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Unibank from March 2021 to April 2025 and served as the Director of the Finance Department at Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan OJSC from March 2020 to March 2021. Previous experience includes roles at Expressbank ASC as Deputy Finance Director and Head of Financial Control and Budgeting from October 2017 to March 2020, and at DemirBank as Director of the Finance and Budget Department from November 2012 to September 2017. Educational qualifications include an ACCA certification obtained between 2018 and 2019, a Master's degree in Financial Control and Audit from Azerbaijan State University of Economics from 2012 to 2014, and a Bachelor's degree in Management from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 2007 to 2011.
