Paul Rustchynsky is a seasoned game director and designer with extensive experience in the video gaming industry. Currently serving as Game Director at Expression Games since November 2025, Paul previously held various roles at Avalanche Studios Group from June 2020 to November 2025, including Game Director for Contraband and Call of the Wild: The Angler. Prior to this, Paul was at Slightly Mad Studios as Game Director for Project Cars 3 and at Codemasters where projects included ONRUSH. Notably, during a significant tenure at Sony Interactive Entertainment from March 2007 to March 2016, Paul directed several successful titles including DRIVECLUB. Paul started the career at Evolution Studios with contributions to the MotorStorm franchise. Educationally equipped with a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Computer & Video Games from The University of Salford, Paul demonstrates a strong commitment to innovation in game design.
