Thomas Knaack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and business development. Currently serving as Vorstand at Business Angels Deutschland e.V. (BAND) since April 2025, Knaack is also active as an investor at Pine Valley Capital GmbH and a business angel for multiple startups including WTEC Energy, Startup Insider, Heylara, and Note Buddy’s. Additionally, Knaack holds positions as a venture partner at BitStone Capital and as a board member for several companies, including Turnbull and ExpressSteuer. Knaack earned a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Cologne between 1983 and 1989.
