EXpressure Arts is an embodiment-based creative coaching studio helping artists and professionals express themselves with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. Our name reflects our philosophy: the freedom to fully express your art while releasing the pressure that often accompanies performance. We believe creativity flourishes when perfectionism, fear, and expectation are replaced with curiosity, embodiment, and care.

Founded in Spring 2025 by Léo Perry Panitan and Gerald Germajesty Price, EXpressure Arts was created to make embodiment-based coaching accessible to adult artists across the Pacific Northwest. Our work centers the body as a source of creativity, presence, and storytelling.

Through dance, acting, and public speaking coaching, we help students develop physical presence, clarity in their voices, and confidence in how they show up in the world.

Dance lessons build connection, musicality, and embodied confidence through styles such as West Coast Swing, Nightclub Two-Step, Latin, ballroom, and first-dance preparation. Acting sessions support audition preparation, character development, and authentic storytelling for theater and film. Public speaking coaching helps individuals develop grounded confidence and communicate clearly with audiences.

We intentionally create welcoming spaces for Queer, Trans, and neurodivergent individuals beginning their expressive journey while warmly welcoming allies who value inclusive learning environments.
