Sean Higgins

Sean Higgins serves as the President and CEO of ExPrimary, Inc. since January 2016, where the organization focuses on developing cost-effective high-performance instrumentation and advanced assay content to enhance access to bioanalytical tools in research and diagnostics, particularly in personalized healthcare. In addition, Sean holds the position of Director at Syllogistech, LLC, providing biotechnology and bioanalytical consulting services, where expertise includes product development, market strategy, and regulatory compliance. Previously, Sean contributed to the PROOF Centre of Excellence as a member of the Translation Advisory Committee, and held various roles including VP of Development at Plasmonix, Inc. and Sr. Field Marketing Scientist at Luminex Corporation. Sean's educational background includes a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from Upstate Medical University and a Master's of Natural Science in Biology from Syracuse University.
