Eileen Whelley

Eileen Whelley is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Expro since October 2021, Eileen also founded EGW Advisors, LLC in January 2019, where Eileen focuses on enhancing leadership effectiveness for C-suite executives. Previously, Eileen held significant positions such as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at XL Group plc and The Hartford, where expertise in culture and talent management was pivotal during critical restructuring periods. Eileen's earlier roles include various senior HR positions at General Electric and CitiCorp, contributing to strategic HR initiatives across large organizations. Eileen holds a BA in Sociology and Political Science from the State University of New York College at Potsdam and a MA in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University.
