Igwe Ibiang

Igwe Ibiang has over 15 years of experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Area Human Resources Manager at Expro since 2010. Responsibilities include succession planning, policy formulation and implementation, change management, compensation and benefits management, industrial and employee relations management, and training and development. Prior roles include Area HR Manager at Expro Group, Human Resources Coordinator at Expro Nigeria Ltd, and Labour Relations Officer at Baker Hughes, where duties encompassed employee relations, conflict resolution, payroll administration, and new hire orientation. Igwe holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Sociology and Personnel Management from Imo State University, earned between 2003 and 2005.
