Lisa Troe

Lisa Troe is an experienced Corporate Director, Audit Committee Chair, and Financial Expert with a robust background in financial oversight and investigations. Previously, they served as the regional chief enforcement accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, overseeing financial fraud enforcement programs. Lisa retired as Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting after eight years, where they managed complex financial investigations and consulted on compliance systems. Currently, they are a board member for multiple companies, including Expro and Stem, Inc., and are active on the advisory board of Investors Choice Advocates Network, focusing on advocacy in capital markets. Lisa is pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Accounting at the University of Colorado Denver.
