Phil Perry

Phil Perry serves as the Senior Manager of Global Operational Competency Assurance at Expro since October 2021, leading the Global Competence Assurance Program and overseeing the integration of competency programs across major upstream product line organizations. Previously, Phil held key positions at Frank's International, where responsibilities included managing Learning & Development standards, implementing a global Learning Management System, and transforming legacy systems. Experience also includes significant roles in knowledge management and competency development at Baker Hughes, contributing to talent management and knowledge transfer initiatives. Phil's early career includes roles at British Gas and Halliburton, specializing in geological consulting and formation evaluation. Phil holds a degree in Geology from the University of Reading.
