Sara Maxey

Sara Maxey, CPA, currently serves as the Financial Reporting Manager at Expro, where responsibilities include managing the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports, such as 10-Qs and 10-Ks, while also ensuring compliance with evolving SEC regulations and updates to US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. Prior to this role, Sara worked at KPMG US as a Senior Associate Audit and Audit Associate. Sara holds a Master of Accountancy in Accounting from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, obtained in 2018, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University, earned in 2018.
