Tulio S. is an experienced corporate executive with a strong background in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic financial planning. Currently serving as an Executive Member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association, Tulio has been the Head of Corporate Development at Expro since November 2018, where significant contributions include enhancing shareholder value and growing EBITDA threefold. Previous roles include Executive Advisor at ADI Analytics LLC, Vice President of M&A, Strategy and Financial Planning at Weir SPM, and various senior positions at GE, including P&L Leader and Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for GE Oil & Gas. Tulio holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires.
