Nikolay Belchev

Nikolay Belchev has a diverse work experience in the biofuel industry. Nikolay started their career as a Commodity Trader at Bulmarket DM Ltd in 2011 and then moved on to become a Supply and Logistics Manager at Rompetrol in 2009. Nikolay worked as a Commercial Manager at Rompetrol from 2008 to 2009 and as a Wholesale Manager from 2006 to 2008. Belchev then joined Oberösterreichische Biodiesel GmbH as a Supply and Trading Manager from 2012 to 2014. After that, they served as the Commercial Director at Atra Bioplant Ltd in 2014. From 2015 to 2022, Belchev worked at Expur in various roles, including Biodiesel Sales Director, Marketing and Sales Director, and currently as the Chief Executive Officer.

Nikolay Belchev's education history starts with obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business from the D.A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in 2004. Nikolay pursued further education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Open University Business School from 2009 to 2012. In 2017, they attended INSEAD and completed the Strategic Marketing Programme, and from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Certificate in Global Management from the same institution. Additionally, in 2019, Nikolay attended INSEAD for a course on B2B Marketing Strategies and Leading for Results.
