Nancy Gioia

Nancy Gioia is a member of the Board of Directors for Exro Technologies, Power Integrations, and Brady Corporation, where they also chair the Management Development and Compensation Committee. They served as a board member for Lucid Motors and held various leadership roles within Ford Motor Company and Meggitt PLC. Nancy has been involved with Inforum as an Independent Director and played a significant role in the AutomotiveNEXT initiative. They earned a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
