Hebe Chen

Hebe Chen currently serves as Associate Director of Immunology at Exscientia since November 2021, focusing on target ideation, validation, and stakeholder management within immunology and inflammation disease indications. Previously, Hebe held the position of Senior Cell Biologist at Exscientia, where responsibilities included assay development and the interpretation of immunology data in support of drug discovery projects. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral researcher role at the University of Oxford from September 2017 to November 2021, a postdoctoral research associate position at King's College London in late 2016, and an internship at Veterans General Hospital Kaohsiung in 2010. Hebe's academic qualifications include a PhD in Immunology and an MSc from King's College London, along with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Reading.
