EXT India helps global companies hire and grow teams in India without the complexity of setting up a local entity.

As an Employer of Record (EoR), we legally employ your team members in India while you retain full control over their work, performance, and culture. This allows you to build dedicated teams quickly while we handle payroll, compliance, and HR administration.

Whether you want to start hiring immediately while your Indian entity is being established, or prefer a long-term Employer of Record solution, EXT India provides a flexible structure designed around your needs.

We support startups, SMBs, and global enterprises, with services tailored to different stages of growth.

Unlike most global providers, our commission is capped at levels where international EoR providers typically begin their pricing, making us a highly cost-efficient option for companies expanding into India.

EXT India goes beyond standard EoR services by also offering:
- Recruitment Coordination Services to help build your India team
- HR Business Partner support to help scale and manage your workforce effectively

Our model moves beyond traditional IT outsourcing.
Your employees work exclusively for you, with 100% of their time, focus, and loyalty dedicated to your company, while we manage the employment infrastructure.

EXT India is operated by an IIM Calcutta alumnus, who also runs ventures including Travel & Payments (Consulting), Mitt Arv (Startup), and Utpatti (Finishing School).

All employees in India are hired under Mitt Arv Technologies Pvt Ltd, while international clients contract with our Singapore entity Travel & Payments Consulting Services Pte Ltd.
