Tess Dury

Tess Dury is an accomplished professional in the field of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) with extensive experience. Currently serving as the Head of ESG at Extantia since November 2022, Tess previously held significant roles at RepRisk AG from May 2016 to November 2022, including Director for RepRisk Germany GmbH and ESG Operations Lead, where leadership of the EMEA hub and oversight of an ESG research team were key responsibilities. Tess has a proven track record in ESG research and analysis, particularly in multilingual contexts, as well as in report production and client relationship management from earlier positions as an Intelligence Analyst and Researcher. Educationally, Tess holds a Master of Arts in Conflict, Security, and Development from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Durham University.
