Senior Vice President Customer Care at EXTEDO

Keith Wallace has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Keith currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Care at EXTEDO, a leading solutions and services provider specializing in Regulatory Information Management. Keith joined EXTEDO in 2020 and is responsible for optimizing clients' eRegulatory business processes.

Prior to this, Keith worked at Amazon Web Services as an Enterprise Support Manager from 2018 to 2020. In this role, they collaborated with large companies, promoting the adoption of AWS and ensuring customer satisfaction. Keith also hired and developed Technical Account Managers.

Keith's previous experience includes serving as the Vice President of Customer Care at EXTEDO from 2012 to 2018. In this role, they managed customer support teams and implemented process optimizations and collaboration tools. Before their tenure at EXTEDO, Keith held senior managerial positions at Telefonica Germany Partner Services GmbH, Accenture, LION bioscience, and LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES. Keith also had various positions at Siemens from 1987 to 1998.

Throughout their career, Keith has demonstrated expertise in customer care, IT operations, global support services, and project management.

Keith Wallace obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) from 1983 to 1987. Keith also holds various certifications, including AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as certifications in COBIT Practitioner and ITIL V3 Foundation.
