Carlos Seoane

Carlos Seoane is the current Co-Founder & CEO at Extempore. Prior to this, they were with eBillingHub as the General Manager from August 2011 to August 2014. During their tenure, the company saw a quadrupling of their revenues. Carlos then moved to Thomson Reuters in August 2014 as the Vice President and General Manager of Strategic Commercial Relationships and was responsible for overseeing Thomson Reuters' commercial relationships with key enterprise-wide service providers. In August 2003, they started with Thomson Reuters as the Director of Acquisition Integration and was with the company until August 2011 when they became the Application Development Manager for ELLIS Publications.

Carlos Seoane has a JD from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, an MLE from Leibniz Universität Hannover, and a graduate degree from Harvard University. Carlos also has a degree from Leadership MN.
