Extend Advisory Group was created around a simple truth: companies grow faster and smarter when they have proven experts guiding each step.

After decades leading and scaling medical technology organizations — from ultrasound and imaging to diagnostics and emerging technologies — we assembled a team of tenured industry veterans with experience across every major function:

•	Product Strategy & Innovation
•	R&D Leadership & Technical Development
•	Manufacturing, Quality & Supply Chain
•	Regulatory Strategy & Compliance
•	Marketing, Commercial Strategy & Branding
•	Global Distribution & Market Access
•	M&A and Investment guidance and support

Too many growing companies have access to fragmented expertise — one specialist here, a consultant there, an advisor in another lane. Extend Advisory Group brings these leaders together under one roof, giving companies a cohesive, end-to-end advisory team that has lived the full lifecycle of med-tech growth.

Our team has launched products worldwide, built high-performance organizations, navigated complex regulatory pathways, and scaled commercial engines globally.

Now we bring that collective experience directly to founders, CEOs, investors, and growth-stage companies.
