Bailey Austin

Bailey Austin is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and coaching. Currently serving as a People Operations Coordinator at Extend since February 2024 and as a Solidcore Coach since August 2024, Bailey also contributes as a Barre Instructor at Barre Forte since March 2021. Prior experience includes various roles at YES! Communities from January 2021 to February 2024, including Operations Instructor, Sr. Collateral Specialist, and Title Coordinator. Between June 2017 and March 2021, Bailey worked at White House Black Market as a Sales Lead and held the position of HR Coordinator at AimHire from August 2018 to January 2021. Early career experience includes a Sales Lead role at Soma from October 2016 to May 2017. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, completed in 2017.
