Rick Montgomery

Rick Montgomery is a seasoned software architect currently serving at Extend since September 2025. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Director of Data Science and Machine Learning at Synaptiq from May 2022 to September 2025, leading teams to develop AI/ML solutions across various industries while mentoring team members and maintaining strong client relationships. Rick's extensive experience spans roles as Sr Data Scientist and Director of Data Science at LTX, a Broadridge Company, and includes contributions as a software engineer and data scientist at Fluence Analytics.
