Steve Winstead, FCAS, is a seasoned actuarial professional and musician with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as an Actuarial Manager at Extend and a Sergeant First Class in the Army National Guard, Steve is tasked with company reserve reviews while also providing leadership in military settings. Previously, Steve held positions such as Actuarial Supervisor at Assurant, where responsibilities included pricing for niche market products, and Data Scientist at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on ATM service scheduling. Additionally, Steve is a Composer/Arranger and sole proprietor at Sigma Squared Music, specializing in high-quality musical arrangements and compositions. Educationally, Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Composition from Capital University and has completed coursework in Actuarial Science at The Ohio State University.
