With a strong background in leadership roles, Summer previously held positions including Director of Account Operations and Director of Delivery Solutions at The Results Companies, as well as Vice President of Client Services at Teleservices Direct. Summer also served as Senior Director of Relationship Management at ResultsCX from 2017 to 2021.
