Terra Posten is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service. Currently serving as Manager of Warranty Mapping at Extend since May 2021, Terra previously held the role of Merchant Operations Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions at MST Insurance Solutions, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities included liaising between insurance carriers and corporations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Terra also worked as an Operations Coordinator at AMERICA TOUR SYSTEM INC, focusing on recruitment and candidate experience, and as a Human Resources Benefits Coordinator at Marukai Corporation U.S.A., overseeing full-cycle recruitment and payroll administration. Additionally, Terra was a Foreign Language Teaching Assistant with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me), coordinating HR projects and enhancing curriculum engagement.
