Amy McNally

Amy McNally has extensive experience in social work and managerial roles, focusing on enhancing resident and family experiences in long-term care. Since September 2009, McNally has served as the Manager of Resident and Family Experience and the Corporate Quality and Risk at Extendicare (Canada) Inc., where significant achievements include designing a pilot project to improve mental health care and developing the first Registered Social Work Assessment for Point Click Care. Prior to this, McNally worked as a Career Counselling Specialist at the Durham Region Unemployed Help Centre and held various positions at East York Residential Services, CAMH, and York University, demonstrating a strong background in mental health and counseling.
