Amy Wong

Amy Wong, CPA, MAcc, is an experienced tax professional currently serving as a Tax Manager at Extendicare since November 2022. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at KPMG Canada from January 2019 to November 2022, progressing from Staff Accountant to Senior Tax Accountant and then to Tax Manager. Amy has also gained valuable experience at S&W LLP and GCSE LLP as an Accounting Associate, focusing on corporate and personal tax returns and audits. Earlier career roles include Assistant Accountant at P Chu Professional Corporation, where management of QuickBooks and preparation of tax returns were key responsibilities, and Junior Bookkeeper at A T Accounting Services, with a focus on data entry and financial reporting. Amy holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Waterloo.
