Celine Stavrou serves as the Director of Marketing at Extendicare, overseeing marketing initiatives for over 150 locations and driving branding, recruitment campaigns, and website development. Previously, Celine held the position of Director of Marketing and Resident Experience at Esprit Lifestyle Communities, where strategies resulted in significant increases in website engagement and brand consistency. Celine founded Blue Lily Hospitality Marketing, focusing on tailored marketing solutions for hotels, and has held various senior marketing roles at Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, and AccorHotels, contributing to substantial revenue growth and successful marketing programs in the hospitality sector. Celine holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management from IMHI (ESSEC Business School - Cornell University) and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Colorado State University Pueblo.
