Jason C. has extensive experience in leadership roles within the long-term care sector, currently serving at Extendicare since August 2023 and holding the position of Vice President of Operations LTC for Western Canada at Revera since November 2021. Jason's career at Revera began in May 1989, where prior roles included Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations in Manitoba. Jason has also been involved with various organizations, including serving as Board Chair at LTCAM from 2016 to December 2019 and as Executive Director at both Maples PCH & Heritage Lodge and Beacon Hill Lodge, implementing strategic operational plans and fostering stakeholder collaboration. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration from University Canada West, completed between 2013 and 2016.
