Kate Boucher

Kate Boucher is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee engagement, development, and HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Peterborough Regional Health Centre since June 2023, Kate previously held the role of Employee Engagement & Development Manager at Extendicare. Kate's earlier tenure at Peterborough Regional Health Centre from July 2005 to June 2022 included positions such as HR Manager (interim), Employee Experience Consultant, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Generalist. Key areas of expertise include recruitment, wellness programs, WSIB claims management, orientation and onboarding, and policy development. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trent University and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Fleming College.
