Mark Chodos

Mark Chodos serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for ParaMed HR and Labour Relations at Extendicare since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Employee Relations Manager at Amazon, managing employee relations across multiple Canadian fulfillment centers. Mark's extensive background in labour relations includes serving as Director of Employee and Labour Relations for the Ottawa Police Service and as Director of Labour Relations and Compensation at Hydro Ottawa. Previous roles also feature a Senior Labour Relations Consultant position at Queensway Carleton Hospital and Legal Counsel at Canada Post, specializing in Labour and Employment Law. Mark Chodos holds a LLB from Queen's University, a B.Com in Marketing and International Business from McGill University, and a Masters Certificate in Energy Sector Leadership from Schulich School of Business, York University.
