Joyce E. Pugh is currently an RCNC at Guardian Eldercare and has served as a Senior RCC in Ohio at Noble Health Care Management since 2015. Since 2007, Joyce has held the role of Regional Director of Clinical Services and Regional Director of Clinical Operations at Extendicare, overseeing clinical operations across multiple facilities and states.
