Stephen Keetch

Stephen Keetch, CHRP, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Extendicare since April 2021, overseeing recruitment efforts for ParaMed across Ontario, Alberta, and Nova Scotia. With extensive experience in talent acquisition spanning over a decade, Stephen has held multiple roles, including Team Lead and District Recruiter in Nursing, Allied Health, and Operations at various organizations. Additional experience includes management, office coordination, HR, procurement, and coaching in diverse fields such as hearing health and personal support. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Laurentian University and has pursued further education at the University of Guelph, Conestoga College, and St. Clair College.
