Yoon Cho

Yoon Cho, MIRHR, currently serves as Senior Manager of Employee & Labour Relations for Western Canada at Extendicare since March 2022, previously holding the position of Manager of Employee & Labour Relations in Alberta. Prior to this, Yoon held roles at Southlake Regional Health Centre from February 2020 to March 2022, including Lead of HR Projects and Employee & Labour Relations Consultant. Yoon's career also includes experience at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from June 2016 to February 2020, where positions included Labour Relations Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, and People Development Specialist. Academic qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from the University of Toronto, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours) from the University of Waterloo.
