Ryan Berg has a background in recruitment and learning and development. Ryan began their career as a Learning and Development Intern at Batteries Plus Bulbs in July 2019, where they worked until February 2020. Ryan then joined ManpowerGroup as an Associate Recruiter in February 2020 and was later promoted to Associate Recruiter - RPO CORE. In this role, they were responsible for candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and testing, among other recruitment tasks. Ryan currently works as a Recruiter at Extension, Inc, starting in May 2021.
Ryan Berg attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to their time at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, they also studied Business Administration and Management, General at UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha.
