Ben Webb

Ben Webb possesses a diverse background in youth work and education, with experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Early roles included serving as a Teaching Assistant at Malmesbury Primary School and working as a trainee youth worker at The Salvation Army. Ben transitioned to focus on NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) outreach, serving in this capacity at the Volunteer Centre Sutton and later at the London Borough of Sutton. As a Youth Engagement Officer at Extern since 2021, Ben continues to support young people. Additionally, Ben held the position of Youth and Community Development Pastor at Sutton Vineyard Church, where efforts were directed towards fostering lasting faith and community support among local youth. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Work and Ministry from Oasis College London.
