Ian Kirsch

Ian Kirsch is an accomplished finance and operations professional currently serving as an Incoming 2026 Global Banking & Markets Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities include FICC and Equities Operations. Ian has also gained experience as a Venture Capital Extern at Mangusta Capital and as a Strategic Development Intern at The Human Initiatives. As a Student Ambassador at the Darla Moore School of Business and a Resident Assistant, Ian demonstrates strong leadership and community engagement skills. Additionally, Ian is the Director of Rush and a Brother in Alpha Kappa Psi, participating in various committees focused on education, recruitment, and diversity. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Operations & Supply Chain Management, complemented by a Political Science minor, and has received the AP Capstone Diploma from Bishop Kenny High School.
