Raysean Smith is an experienced marketing and business development professional with a strong background in the entertainment industry. Recent externship at Beats by Dre involved exploring Generation Z's preferences through market research and interviews. Involvement with the Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program enhanced opportunities for talented students in competitive internships with major studios and networks. As Entertainment Director for Hollywood Homecoming Weekend, Raysean worked to address the educational wealth gap in underprivileged communities. Previous roles included Business Development at Thematic, where market research focused on the creator economy, and Assistant Marketing Manager at Global Firm Management, where Raysean boosted brand awareness and fostered a positive creative environment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Morehouse College and a high school diploma from Princeton High School.
