Scott Sears

Scott Sears is a versatile leader with experience in program development, nonprofit management, and education. They have worked as a Program Manager at Extern, managing remote experiential programs, and have previously served as a Youth Program Manager at Hello Neighbor, enhancing support for newcomer students. Scott has also held positions such as Public Service Fellow with Say Yes to Education Cleveland and Corps Member with Teach For America, where they demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive and accessible educational environments. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, as well as French and Francophone Studies from The College of Wooster, and they are currently pursuing a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at Boston University.
