Smita Budhia

Smita Budhia is a Learning and Development Specialist at Extern since June 2024, with a diverse background in educational design and content strategy. Previously, Smita held the position of Solutions Architect at LearningMate from March 2022 to May 2024 and worked as a Teacher at Synthesis from February 2022 to December 2022. At Stoa School, as a Learning Experience Designer from June 2021 to January 2022, Smita was responsible for planning educational experiences and developing content to enhance learning outcomes. As a Content Strategist at upGrad from June 2020 to May 2021, Smita created courses for a prominent MBA program and built a network of subject matter experts. Smita's professional journey commenced at Pearl Academy, where Smita served in various roles, including Assistant Manager, Management Trainee, and Summer Intern from May 2017 to May 2020. Smita holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, and also possesses degrees in Commerce from Banaras Hindu University.
