Safi Faizullah, PhD, PMP, is the Vice President of Services and Solutions Engineering at ExterNetworks and a Full Professor and Vice Dean of Graduate Studies at the University of Madina. With 33 years of experience in information technology, they have developed IT strategies, taught various courses, and engaged in significant research, having published in reputable journals and conferences.
