April Humberd

April Humberd has a comprehensive work experience in the field of support and managed services, specializing in litigation support and IT systems. April currently serves as the Director of Support and Managed Services at Exterro since December 2020. Prior to that, they held similar positions at AccessData and Miller & Martin, where they provided support and training for various software systems. April also worked as a Technical Support Advisor at Apple and in the IT System and Litigation Support role at the US Attorney's Office. April's skills include courtroom support, creating transcripts and e-discovery packets, and proficiency in legal software. April was also involved in network support and project management as an IT System Specialist at Conversant Group, LLC.

April Humberd holds a Master's degree in Homeland Security: Information Security and Forensics from Penn State University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. April also completed a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Information Systems Security from Penn State University from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2009 to 2011. Furthermore, April Humberd obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Systems & Network Engineering from Chattanooga State Community College from 2007 to 2011.
