Benny Strawser

Benny Strawser is a dedicated technology professional with a background in support and tutoring. Currently serving as a Tier 2 Support Specialist at Exterro since January 2023, following the acquisition of Zapproved, Benny previously held similar roles at Zapproved from November 2021 to January 2023, encompassing both Tier 2 and Tier 1 Support Specialist positions. In addition to support roles, Benny contributed as a Computer Science Tutor at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from February 2020 to April 2020, aiding students with assignments and managing the computer lab. Benny also gained experience as a Data Solutions Intern at TrueSense Marketing in the summer of 2019. Benny holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2021, and a High School Diploma from Seneca Valley High School, completed in 2017.
