Jeff Weaver

Jeff Weaver currently serves as Vice President of Global Tech Support at Exterro since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Vice President of Global Support and Customer Success at Quantum from November 2020 to June 2023, where the company provided video and unstructured data storage solutions globally. Jeff also served as Director of Customer Success & Operations at Silver Peak, managing the Customer Success and Operations Teams for a rapidly growing global Technical Support Team. Earlier experience includes roles such as Sr Director of Global Operations at Veritas Technologies LLC, and Director of Operations for the Small Business Payroll Group at Intuit. Jeff's career began with Vice President positions at Providian Financial and First Data Resources, where significant customer service operations were established and managed. Jeff attended Moorpark College and Simi Valley High School.
