Michael Olig has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Michael began their career at Michael Best and Friedrich, where they held positions such as Courier, Litigation Assistant, Litigation Paralegal, and Litigation Support Liaison from 2006 to 2013.

In 2013, they joined AccessData and worked as a Technical Account Manager, where they managed client relationships and provided support for complex enterprise-level software applications. Michael then became a Senior Technical Account Manager, assuming additional responsibilities in client escalation and feedback for product improvement.

From 2014 to 2015, Michael served as the Manager of Global Support Services at AccessData. In this role, they oversaw the implementation and upgrade of legal and forensic products for various clients. Michael also developed client-facing documentation.

As a Manager of Technical Services from 2015 to 2016, Michael expanded their team's responsibilities to include the implementation, re-engineering, and upgrade of AccessData's commercial products. Michael collaborated with Sales, Product Management, and clients to enhance the software design and development process.

In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Senior Manager of DevOps, where they facilitated communication between multiple internal teams and managed defect prioritization and resolution.

From 2018 to 2021, Michael worked at Stealthbits (now part of Netwrix) as a Senior Support Engineer and Team Lead, focusing on improving support and troubleshooting cybersecurity applications. Michael then became a Technical Product Manager, responsible for identifying market needs, developing product roadmaps, and driving internal R&D and go-to-market strategies.

Finally, in 2021, Michael joined Exterro as the Director of Technical Engineering.

Michael Olig has a Paralegal Certification from Duke University in 2008. Michael also has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, which they obtained between 1996 and 2000. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including PMC-I, PMC-II, PMC-III from Pragmatic Marketing, and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in February 2017.
