Segar Nadaraja is currently the Regional Manager at eXtra, overseeing the operations of central stores in Riyadh, managing a substantial billion-riyal business and a team of 480 colleagues. With a history of leadership roles, Segar previously served as Regional Operations Manager at Panda Retail Company, where they spearheaded a group of stores achieving significant sales and operational efficiencies. Segar’s extensive experience includes roles at notable companies such as Tesco and Mydin Malaysia, where they demonstrated a consistent drive for excellence in retail operations, P&L management, and team development. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the National University of Malaysia.
