Derek Day

Derek Day is an experienced investment and analytical professional currently serving as an Investment Manager at Extra Space Storage since February 2020. Derek has held various roles within the company, including Senior Investment Analyst and Third Party Management Sr. Analyst. Additionally, Derek has been employed as a Long Term Actuarial Intern at American Modern Insurance Group since June 2019 and as an Associate Technical Account Manager at Yardi Systems since August 2018.
