Ed Donaghy

Ed Donaghy, RPA, LEED AP, ProFM has extensive experience in facilities management and property management. Ed currently holds the role of Sr. National Director of Facilities at Extra Space Storage, where they oversee national facility operations. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Facilities for the Northeast Region at Extra Space Storage.

Before joining Extra Space Storage, Ed held the position of Director of Corporate Facilities at Apple Leisure Group, where they managed corporate facility operations.

Ed also has experience in property management, having served as the Director of Commercial Properties at Capano Management, where they oversaw leasing and property management for a large commercial property portfolio.

Earlier in their career, Ed held roles at Hankin Group, including Director of Property Management and Director of Commercial Property Management. In these positions, they had responsibilities for property management functions and oversaw a portfolio of commercial properties.

Additionally, Ed has experience in construction project management and estimating, having worked as a Construction Project Manager and Estimator at The Hankin Group.
